Humanely raised, carefully processed.
Good beef starts with a calm animal. We raise our Wagyu without stress, handle them gently, and work with a local processor who shares our respect for the animal.

From pasture to package

- 01
Raised on grass
Our cattle live on green pastures of natural grass, with shelter and local hay through winter.
- 02
Handled calmly
Low-stress handling every day — quiet voices, no hot shots, and animals moved at their own pace.
- 03
Short, gentle trip
Cattle travel a short distance to a local USDA-inspected processor, together with herd mates to keep them settled.
- 04
Humane processing
Our processor follows USDA humane-handling standards so each animal is treated with respect to the very end.
- 05
Dry-aged & cut
Carcasses are dry-aged, then cut to your sheet, vacuum-sealed and frozen.
- 06
Pickup or delivery
Collect frozen at the ranch in Bend, or arrange delivery in central Oregon.

Ways to buy
Fill a freezer with a half or quarter beef, or start with a box of steaks, roasts or ground. Share prices are based on typical packaged weight; we confirm the final weight before pickup.
